We just wanted to drop a note to let you know how much we appreciate you and your staff!  It is wonderful to have a dentist that treats the whole family.

Your office staff is very accommodating when scheduling appointments and answering insurance related questions.  They have always been so reliable and efficient while taking care of the insurance filing.  You have a terrific staff!  They are a great group of ladies.

We totally trust you and appreciate your interest in the well being of our children.  Your willingness to explain procedures and talk with us about prevention dentistry insures that our children receive the very best dental care!

We appreciate your hygienist taking the time to explain to the kids how important dental care is to their health in general.  More importantly, they are not afraid to have their teeth cleaned!  They do not complain about their cleaning appointments.

Our younger kids recently had some baby teeth extracted.  I have to admin we were a little nervous.  Both kids did great.  Our daughter can be a bit squeamish, but even her extractions were fine.  I can’t help but believe that the kindness and patience of you and your staff made the difference.  My compliments to you for investing in new dental technology.  You have made this mom and dad very happy.

There are three things I look for in a doctor. The first is someone who uses and is familiar with the latest technological advances in his specialty. The second is someone who has considerable hands on experience. And third, and perhaps most important, is someone who I feel comfortable with, is respectful of my concerns, and has what I call “good bedside manner.” Dr. Waggener has all three of these traits which in my experience can be hard to find. I am proud to have him as my dentist.
